Shipping Policy
We take great care in preparing your order. Standard items ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Oversized or custom wood items may ship via freight for secure handling.
- Production Time: 5–7 business days for most items
- Custom wood props: may require additional production time
- Cut-off for same-day shipping: Orders placed by 11:00 AM Los Angeles time (PST) on in-stock items may ship the same day
Assembly Preference
Important: If your item can be shipped either assembled or disassembled, you’ll select your preference before completing payment. This ensures proper packaging and accurate shipping costs.
Delivery Notes
- Oversized items may incur additional shipping charges
- You will receive tracking information once your order ships
- Freight deliveries require an adult to inspect and sign upon arrival
- Carefully inspect all packages at delivery:
- If items are missing or damaged, note it clearly on the delivery receipt (BOL)
- Do not refuse delivery; instead write “Driver refused inspection” if driver leaves before inspection
- Failure to note issues at delivery voids damage claims
Delivery Attempts & Address Changes
- UPS/FedEx will attempt delivery up to three times
- If delivery fails, items are returned and you’re responsible for return shipping and restocking
- You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
- To change address, contact us immediately at (707) 971‑9977 or hello@alina-woodshop.com. Address changes via carriers may incur additional fees.
Tip for Smooth Delivery
Track your shipment using carrier tools like UPS MyChoice or FedEx Delivery Manager. If not home, deliveries may be marked “Driver Released.” In such cases, the carrier is responsible.
